Tasting notes : The Aetos Sparkling Rosé Brut is a light, young sparkling wine with a pleasantly creamy approach in the mouth.
With its delicate pink color and fine , elegant perlage, it opens on the nose with notes of small red fruits, such as raspberries and wild strawberries, and aromatic herbs, which can also be found on the palate, harmoniously combined with an excellent taste.

Maturation : Fermentation then takes place in an autoclave without the addition of sugar and refinement on natural yeasts takes about four months .

Process : Sparkling wine using the Charmat process exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, produced organically and entirely according to the biodynamic process in our winery. The grapes are picked early by hand and then gently pressed. Fermentation then takes place in an autoclave without the addition of sugar.
