Aging : 12 months in new (10%) and used barriques and tonneaux made of the finest French oak, a few months in concrete to blend the different varieties. 4 months in the bottle.

Method : The vineyards are located in the Morellino di Scansano DOCG area. The soil is mainly sandy with granite and slate, with some volcanic soil. Fermentation in 5 and 10.5 ton stainless steel tanks.
