Tasting notes : The wine is ruby ​​red, typical of a Sangiovese from soils rich in clay and limestone. Its intense bouquet is characterized by pleasant notes of flowers and red fruits (cherry). Storage in barrique barrels gives the wine a sweet and spicy note that integrates well into the overall aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and pleasant at the beginning, round on the palate and with silky tannins. The finish is fruity and spicy.

Maturation : After malolactic secondary fermentation is complete, maturation takes place in barriques, tonneaux and small oak barrels from France and Austria of 10/15 hectoliters for at least twelve months.

Process : A red wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes , sustainably produced using organically certified processes and entirely in our winery. Its delicacy and elegance reveal the typical character of this area in the heart of Tuscany. The grapes are picked and sorted by hand, then placed by natural gravity in as complete a condition as possible into special French-made cement vats for fermentation.
