Tasting notes : Intense rosé, juicy and fragrant, with notes of geranium, pomegranate, citrus, cherry, strawberry and berries, fresh, delicate and fragrant, with a good body.

Maturation : A few months in steel on the fine lees with frequent bâtonnage .

Process : Maceration in the press for 40 minutes with extraction of the must; the large yeasts are removed and alcoholic fermentation takes place with native yeasts in steel tanks. The vineyard is 90 meters above sea level, the soils are clayey and sandy, the exposure is southwest
