Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C

Aging: 24 months in 500 liter French oak barrels (20% new), 6 months in a single concrete container, 12 months in bottle.

Method: Soil of medium depth, abundant stone and clay texture, on a south-facing hill. Fermentation in 7 t stainless steel tanks.
