Tasting notes: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections and fine perlage. Elegant scent of white flowers, followed on the palate by a delicate bitter note that combines perfectly with the light initial sweetness.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10 °C
Maturation: After fermentation, the wine remains on the lees for 20 days with daily movements to enrich the body and enhance its aromas and structure.
Method: White vinification followed by soft pressing. According to the Charmat method, the first fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 15-17 ° C for 10-12 days, followed by the second in an autoclave for about 60 days.
