Tasting notes: Bright salmon pink in color and fine perlage. On the palate the wine is soft and fruity, with delicate floral aromas and a finish with a gentle, dry note that harmonizes perfectly with the initial light sweetness.

Serving temperature: 8 - 10 °C

Aging: The second fermentation is carried out in autoclaves for 70/90 days. Once the wine has finished fermentation, it remains on the lees for 10 days with daily batonnage to give body and enhance aromas.

Process: Soft pressing of the Glera and separate traditional vinification for the Pinot Nero. The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 15°-17°C for 10-12 days.
