Tasting notes : Our Ripasso Superiore is characterized by aromas of ripe red fruits, a light tannin and a persistent finish.
Serving temperature : 16 - 18 °C
Maturation : Aging in old 25 hectolitre oak barrels for about 24 months, then it rests in the bottle for 6 months.
Process : After a first fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is fermented in contact with the Amarone skins for about 15 days towards the end of February. Hilly at about 400m above sea level. The vineyard begins in an old marl quarry, converted to vine cultivation for more than 10 years , and develops on the surrounding slopes with excellent north-south exposure.

Harvest time : By hand from the end of September and with a careful selection of the grapes ripened to perfection.
