Tasting notes : Our Ripasso Superiore is characterized by aromas of ripe red fruits, a light tannin and a persistent finish.
Serving temperature : 16 - 18 °C
Maturation : Maturation in old 25 hectoliter oak barrels for approx. 24 months, then it rests in the bottle for 6 months.
Process : After a first fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is fermented towards the end of February in contact with the Amarone skins for about 15 days. Hilly at about 400m above sea level. The vineyard begins in an old marl quarry, which has been converted to viticulture for more than 10 years , and develops on the surrounding slopes with an excellent north-south orientation.

Harvest time : By hand from the end of September and with a careful selection of grapes ripened to perfection.
