Tasting notes: Unfiltered wine. A white wine with temperament and great personality. The color already reveals its intensity with an intense golden yellow that fades into a delicate amber tone. The nose opens complex, intense, fine and full of fascinating charms: an iodized note immediately stands out powerfully, accompanied by hints of yellow pulp such as pineapple and apricot; Notes of acacia honey, linden, but also floral notes and aromatic notes such as chamomile and thyme. On the palate the wine is velvety, with a subtle minerality. A full-bodied wine with refined alcohol that remains very persistent and rich.

Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C

Maturation: Fermentation takes place in 500/700l barrels and then in the bottle.
