Tasting notes : Garnet red color , full-bodied wine, great structure and finesse. Typical notes of ripe fruits, raisins, cherries and spices. Velvety on the palate, it has a persistent finish that emphasizes its elegance.
Serving temperature : 16 - 18 °C
Maturation : The wine ages over a long period of time, which consists of a first phase in barriques for three to four years. After bottling, the Amarone rests in the bottle for a further refinement of around 9 months.
Process : This wine comes from a special vineyard, an old marl quarry at 450m above sea level, which we have converted to cultivate the vine. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and lasts about a month.

Harvest time : By hand from the end of September. Only the grapes ripened to perfection are selected and collected in 3-5kg boxes to dry for about 90 days.
